For Sale: Astell & Kern SP2000 Copper 512GB with Smoke Clear TPU Case and PWAudio AK to 4.4mm Balanced Female L (Right Angled) - The 1960's version adapter. The SP2K is very well taken care of and always used in a case. It comes with original box and accessories.

I am selling this and a few other items to help pay for an upgraded DAP.

Hi, it looks awesome and I might be interested ... but what DAP is 'upgraded' from the SP2000? I thought it was the King of DAPs....

To be frank, in many respects, it is a downgrade to go with the L&P stuff coming from this SP2K but I don't have my Roon setup at the office so I just needed a more simple DAP that still has good audio - something where I can just press power and play and it shuffles through my SD card music.

I have been out of the DAP game for quite some time (I still use my AK240 Blue Note from time to time) and had not heard of L&P until recently. Their gear looks awesome, but oh, the prices!

The prices are very difficult to swallow but there's a certain charm about stripping yourself of all the latest and greatest streaming tech and large screens to give you that Android-like experience. It's definitely not a popular choice for many but the more simple I can make things in my life at this point, the better. Note that I also have a Hiby RS6 for sale so yeah, just trying out this experiment of taking away distractions but still have high audio quality. When you look at what's out there with those requirements, there's not many great choices out there.
