Mullard СМ4003 tube for sale. This is real old British Mullard, not the "new production" from Russia. I don't have tube tester, so there are no measurements provided. However, I've got this tube from reliable source and it sounds great in my Riviera AIC-10, so everything should be fine. I've used it not more than for 6-8 hours.

Valves used by the British military Armed Services were marked with a CV or "common valve" name which was defined by the Inter-Service Technical Valve Committee in 1941. CV4003 tubes are the upgraded versions of 12AU7 / ECC82.

This tube have Mullard house sound - with smooth highs, with dense and massive low end, although CV4003 sounds less "tubey" than typical Mullard's 12AU7 or CV491.
