Read lots of books as a teen, some were thought provoking (Von Daniken) others I threw in the bin. If there is something up there, or underneath the waves, can't they see by now we're not managing very well by ourselves. Pilots in WWII sometimes reported seeing orbs flying alongside them.

I had always wondered why there was no military presence at my encounter, as I was very close to the largest nuclear sub base in the US? Now I know; they see them often and have a way of identifying (in a way) what they are.

I read somewhere the US employed (employs?) Remote Viewers who claimed they 'saw' objects over bases and submarines.


Information about it was released in 2017, when millions of pages were declassified and posted on-line.

Another theory is that it could be paranormal activity. In other words, ghosts.
