I have the ATH-AD2000 and was just wondering what I will be getting if I bought a pair of the HD800 (excluding the soundstage obviously).
 
I thought the bass on the AD2000 was light, but at the same time I felt that it was adequate (I know, weird).
 
But yeah if anyone has heard both I'd like to hear inputs in terms of sonic differences.

From my brief listenings to HD800,its MUCH brighter,and I guess more detailed.Bass on both isnt great until you find an amp that can really push the AD2000s.

I would like to hear what the HD800s sound like in my setup
