I look at the N3 as in a way............Sony attempting to move forward into a slightly more ergonomic design. Yes the IER-Z1R is not totally ergonomic, yet they for many fit better than the Z5. And if you study both the N3 and IER-Z1R you can't help but notice similarities..............the N3...
