I'm looking to buy a new DAC/AMP for my PC. My budget is around $300 but I can extend if its really worth for my requirement
 
Could anyone please help me out for my requirements
 
1. Should be 'Musical' in nature (though I can't really explain the word 'Musical' but I have seen head-fi reviews with the term 'Musical' for some earphones (eg: Brainwavz M2)
2. Should have forgiving nature for low quality mp3/flac
3. Impedance should match with Brainwavz M2 and Sennheiser HD 202. I'm planning to buy HD 595 later

I have not heard this unit myself but i hear great things about the Zero Dac sound. It cost about 150$ last time i looked so you'l have some money left over for new music

I have ordered FIIO E17 through mp4nation after reading reviews. I hope this will suit my requirement
