I am wondering which headphones are NOT made in China, since I am abit surprise to know that my Denon D5000 is not made in Japan but made in China. I am not saying China product is bad, but I feel better to buy a $400 stuff in Japan/Germany/USA.

off hand I know.. Audio Technica's are made from japan and Grado's are made in the states.

I think that AKG is made in Austria.. but that might only be true for the more expensive models.

Brooklyn, NY. All Grados and their variants (except the iGrado, which still uses a driver made in Brooklyn) are made in Sunset Park Brooklyn on 7th Ave.

I'm very happy it's not china (nothing wrong with china), but i'm sick of everything bieng made there. Hell i'd pay for a 20% increase in the cost of a headphone for them to be built in Australia.
