Ugh I need help guys.

I downloaded the driver, then I hit the application in the Win32 folder, and it does nothing. Did it install? I ran it as adminstrator as well to see if that might pop something up but still nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Or did it install correctly? I just got my K-1000's back today, and I haven't tried the Juli@ since I installed Vista Ultimate 32bit.
