Anything can drive 32-Ohm headphones (driving them well is a different story).
Chances are something like the FiiO E10K or Schiit Fulla USB/DAC/amp would make the headphones sound at least a little better.

Which headphones? There are two aspects to this question: Impedance & Sensitivity. You only provided the impedance.

The NAD Viso HP50 are sort of near the line - they are efficient enough to not really need an amp, but using one won't hurt and might open them up a bit.
