In general diy the butterknife is clearly the winner - try opening screws with the hairdryer, and you'll see what I mean.

But in fact I prefer Victorinox Swiss officer's knifes (Wenger is ok, too, but I prefer the Victorinox logo, because it looks more ancient!

), especially the heavier ones with all kinds of additional tools. I find these mory handy than the typical Leatherman, though the Leathermans are usually better for heavier stuff like bicycle repairs. And who needs a hairdryer, anyway, when there are hot air guns?

(And no, that's not the explanation for my kind of hairstyle!
