Cypher labs has a pretty nice one available I believe, although I have never used a Cypher amp, only their line of DACs.

The CEntrance HiFi Mini M8 DAC/amp will be out in a few months or so, and will have a balanced amp section. Firestone Audio Fireeye HDB is also balanced. Glove Audio A1 (sort of a sideline of CEntrance) is sort of a clip on balanced DAC/amp for AK100 and AK120 ( the older versions).
I believe the PB1 model you listed is no longer in production.
