I bought the mad dog v3.2 and i like them so far
 
now I need to add a bassy headphone that is warm in sound and good good bass punch well controlled 
 
Something that will shake my head with the punch, and still have nice mids ( not too upfront ) and nice treble but not to be sharp and irritating
 
price up to 1000 USD

A used Audeze LCD-2 perhaps?
 
Or go for the Hifiman HE-500.
 
But then I suspect you might let go of your Mad Dog if you obtain either of those headphones.
 
If you can find one for a hair under $1000, the HE-6 is also an excellent choice.

"Something that will shake my head with the punch" - JVC DX 1000. It doesn't get any better then this.
 
"nice treble but not to be sharp and irritating" - I would think that leaves the HE6 out of reckoning..

Definitely the DX1000 - subwoofer bass, plus it isolates fairly well and presents a wide soundstage despite being closed...  VERY warm...  You will look like Princess Leia while wearing them though...

The JVC sz2000 is the king when it comes to pure bass punch.
