Dear All,
I'm trying to find a headband replacement part on the internet, but nothing there - only pads and cables, but no only headbands.
I have an older model, Philips SBC HP200 and the plastic headband just fall into pieces after couple of years of use.
The sound is perfect, and everything is good except the headband, so I don't wanna chuck it to the bin, but would like to buy a headband for it and use it further.
Any tips where I can find one?

You must understand the pair you have cost no more than 30$, and a headband replacement (which I highly doubt you could find) should cost you about 20$. Where do you live?

Thanks for the reply. Well, if somehow I could reuse the headphones, than it wouldn't be an issue to buy a new one, but I just don't wanna throw working things out. I was trying to find some DIY instructions, so that maybe I can build something, but again, surprisingly not a lot of information are available on the Internet.
I'm living in QLD, Australia, by the way.
