I only went through part of the online manual, but it looks like only WMA and MP3. Which is better depends on bitrate and which MP3 encoder. For music most hear would recommend LAME MP3 encodings, but again it depends on how low bitrate you're going to go.

Thanks! What bitrate would the crossover be at where WMA might be better? (approximately)

Well people are going to disagree. This is an old test and you can see even at 128 kbps WMA may not be ahead. Keep in mind there are a multitude of MP3 encoders and they all don't perform equally at the different bitrates. As opposed to Ogg Vorbis and AAC, I think it's difficult to find evidence WMA outperforms most MP3 encoders at even mid bitrates. At 64 kbps it likely would beat MP3 though.
