What size Comply tips do they user? TX-400..?
 
Also, are the stock ones comfortable? They seem like they will hurt my ear because they will go in too deep or something..

The SM3 takes T-100 and P-series. The nozzle's diameter should be the same as the Westone's IEMs and SE530.
 
It won't surprise me if there is a FS SM3 thread coming out within a couple of weeks.
