I have just received the OK2's which sound great. The amazing array of tips is incredible, but with more choices comes more decisions.
I tried all of the pads supplied. Then I compared the sound with My ATH-AD900's to see how close it got.
The sealed tips are hopeless. Can't get them to fit.
The pads are interesting. The rubber is a good idea for keeping them clean.
I personally prefer the ring type, not the all over ones. I found the all over ones a bit too beefy in the bass whereas the rings added a bit of sparkle since the drivers are open. They are the closest to the AD900's.
Is this what most other Headfier's use, or are you using something else with the OK2's.
(I also have the AT CM700ti and can't decide which I prefer. Both are fantastic.
