Anyone know what the output impedance for headphone jack is of iPod A1136  (ipod 5th gen 2006)  ?
 
Also what would that mean for very high efficiency  63 ohm Headphones?   (Sony MDR-V6)

Ipod Touch, Classic, or Nano?
 
The Touch 5th Gen should be less than 2 Ohms which means your V6s will have no damping issues and the device will drive your headphones just fine.
