It's been bugging me for awhile, but some recordings/tracks for a reason unknown to me causes the speakers to kick, even though the sound coming out isn't loud. In headphones especially you can notice this impact, or kick. Most commonly you can find this phenomenon in older songs but I've heard it in a variety of places. I'm not very knowledge when it comes to audio, but I still want answers. (complex or simple wouldn't matter, as long as someone can explain this to me)

I Shall Be Released by Bob Dylan (more noticeable on headphones)
Iron Man by Black Sabbath  (more noticeable on headphones)
Bass, I Love You by Bassotronics (more noticeable on sub woofer)
Purple City by Joker and Ginz
Highway (Under Construction) by The Gorillaz (first few seconds)
Cisco Kid by Sublime
Waiting For My Ruca by Sublime
