Koss KSC75; Kramer mod and the quarter mod. Did either mod (or both) on various KSC75s throughout the ages.

Stax SR-Lambda Pro.
Removed the back-wave damping, which opened up the sound. It also made the sound stage a bit wider.

I'm curious, what do you mean by 'opened up the sound'? And what did it do to frequency response?

I think he meant it became less veiled.

Like if I remove a thin cloth covering the drivers (which I did). Making more of the sound shine through...

Bent the arms on my ES7 for Comfort and aesthetic issues.

Basic HD580 mods, Grills, Foam removed, etc.

Modded a pair of 5.1 Gaming head phones into $100. (The $100 has more bass, are more balanced and have an awesome sound stage).

I've modded A900, K701, K81DJ, SR80, RP21, K240, K340 and more.

As for the mods, see my "KT88 K340 modding guide".

X2.

Also tried to mod my MS-1s but they died. Will get some new MS-1s victims.
