My livewires i keep in the UE tin can (thinner flexible wire works fine) and my H120 and ibasso T4 (with short IC) fit in a pelican 1010.

I use a Tunebelt's Original CD Carrier Belt to carry (& I can listen to my music at the same time) my Cowon D2+ & Phonak Audeo Perfect Bass Earphones. It's comfortable, lightweight, durable & washable. I tried Pelican cases such as the Pelican i1010 & Pelican 1040 Microcases but they were impractical...too heavy to carry around. So I finally found the perfect solution in the Tunebelt CD1. Here is a pic below:

This is why I love the tiny size of my 6G Nano- it fits easily in the pouch that came with my Ety MC5. That combo can slip into almost any pocket while keeping iPod and earphones protected.

I'm actually thinking about purchasing a second Tunebelt (as backup) since DAP's are the rage right now and the personal cd player isn't as too popular as it used to be i'm afraid they might discontinue them.

For all of my IEMs I use these plastic containers that I get from TAP Plastics.  I use the square FT-33 for most of my IEMs and the rectangular FT-38 for my TF10s so that I can preserve the shape of the memory wire.  They run about a dollar a piece, but I think in-store I paid $1.15.

My Nano I can pretty much carry between my teeth.

We often talk about dollar-to-sound-quality ratio or 'bang for the buck'.  But I think as far as portability goes if you did a volume (as in space) and/or weight-to-SQ ratio, an efficient IEM + Nano 6g is almost unbeatable.

For those of you with an Sansa Clip/Clip+, I discovered I could carry that and my IEMs (Xears TD100-II, so think "not the biggest housing, but not really small either") in a cheap EVA earphone case found on ebay here: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130453274484&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_4442wt_907

Took some time to get it (ordered on Dec 18th, go it around Jan 17th, but I think it was already in the office mailbox the week prior), but you can't beat the price.

I can even fit the Sansa mini USB short cable in there if I really want to!

Don't have it with me right now to take a picture, but you can take the clip and put it in the area with netting, and roll the IEM cables and put it in the other area.  Very convenient.  There's variants with a carabiner on ebay as well.
