I really wanted to like it but there was no power metal falsetto. I kept waiting for it but it never came. I just didn't dig her vocal style. There wasn't enough energy where there should have been.
Classically trained she is, I know what you mean about the power not there... I'ts hard to find a Canadian female fronted metal band... I just though I'd give them a little exposure.
They are no Cancer Bats that's for sure, come to think of it it's hard to find a Canadian Metal band that's not "Cookie Monster" metal.
That's because if there weren't cookie monster vocals you'd notice every time they say 'Eh?'
