Always amazed at how realistic the grand piano sounds on these albums!
I find all the DMP discs to sound quite good. I have quite a few of them including solo albums from members of F & BB - Warren Bernhardt, Billy Barber, Bob Berg (Denon Label). Anyway, my favorite Flim & The BB.s is Tricycle, but I like all their stuff.

These are all their CDs. New Pants is one the Warner Brothers label. I have all but their first one (Flim & The BBs (1978, Sonic label, vinyl only)) and their last - This Is A Recording (1992), also on Warner. ...

Fuse One - Silk (1981) ...

Featured band members include Stanley Turrentine, Wynton Marsalis, Stanley Clarke, George Benson, Leon "Ndugu" Chancler, Eric Gale, Marcus Miller, and Dave Valentine to name a few. This is the second of the three releases - The first being Fuse One, which I also have on CD. The last being Ice, which I only have on vinyl. Great contemporary jazz music.

Time to make the music:
Bob Dylan's Desolation Row Lyrics

The reading of Bob's poignant poetic lyrics painting masterpieces with sparce albeit soaring interludes of acoustic accompaniment threatens to reveal truth(s) - I can be nearly reduced to tear like some common sentimental old fool and not nearly the court jester I project - Good Stuff, Art!

Patricia Barber "Cafe Blue" 1994 (includes sophisticated arrangement of Pop interpretations and original Avant-Garde Jazz)

Soundtrack for self-flagellation on a Sunday afternoon.

Ooops meant to edit and add to above post, I'll have @zikarus after me now

I ran outta gas. I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from outta town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locusts! It wasn't my fault! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
