Miasma & the Carousel of headless horses, whose keyboard player played in Guapo, is listed as RIO/Avant-Prog, although they can also be recommended to fans of other styles (especially prog folk). Nenad Vasilic is a bassist who himself claims to be “at the forefront of European modern jazz”. Blame me, I adore that OST below without having watched the film.

RIP indeed, Michael Rhodes, I join @whirlwind and all of Nashville in mourning your passing.
Michael has over 700 credits in his resume. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Rhodes_(musician)

Buddy Guy - Living Proof.png
I like Buddy's playing and chose this album because Michael is on bass. :)
Tom Hambridge on drums, Reese Wynans on keys. A nice line-up.

This song is beautiful and so true.

David Lindley - Twango Bango II.png
RIP David Lindley and thanks @Ableza for the suggestion and the following one, too.
Wally Ingram is one of the most interesting drummers / percussionists I've ever known.
