I've honestly always found MTV Unplugged releases to be rather disappointing. Neil Young's has some of the worst production I've ever heard on a commercially-released live album.

  +1 I found the footage of the Hendrix performance in Miami and the short segment showing Hendrix playing an acoustic guitar particularly interesting. Can you imagine an MTV Unplugged episode (ala Eric Clapton) with Hendrix doing a more extensive performance of his music on acoustic guitar? That would have been so cool!

That's OK HiFi...I knew it was in there...it made an immediate impression on me because I always wanted to see it and then there it was...so cool! Thank you for finding the segment and posting it...

Tonight! My favorite live album!
 

Even though Jonsi is a bit pitchy once or twice and his bowed guitar is somewhat discordant on some of the loudest sections, it's still an incredibly raw live album.
