Actually, first time in years I dusted off my old collection of Nightwish albums. Couldn't stand the singer who took over after Tarja Turunen. Kinda forgot about the band for a while but I've been enjoying their older stuff alot the last couple of days

Still such a weird sound compared to Puscifer or Tool. I got Thirteenth Step and eMOTIVe, by the way. Mainly because I found the pretty LPs. :D
 
I'll never be as big an APC fan as I am Tool and Puscifer though. I really feel like they're deeper projects.
 
EDIT: Don't worry, Noms is on my list to buy, too.

Their new stuff is good, but when she sings old Nightwish it makes me want to vomit. Kind of have to view them as different bands when I listen.

Ripping another old vinyl I borrowed from my brother in-law. Beautiful music, just beautiful!

Changing vocalists is always dicey. Drowning Pool has had a new one for every album....That has to be hard on the regular members.
