After Jason's blog I'm really looking forward to this one. One question un-related to audio. You've mentioned sometimes on Jason's blog that you also work on plays. Would be interested to hear some stories about those.

Yo Mike!   Im giddy at the prospect of reading about your experiences, inventions, and journey on the path of all things audio-goodness.
Thanks for taking the time to share with your fans.   You and Jason are awesome and your work is beyond appreciated here.

It all starts with Quads, doesn't it?

Actually for me, it started in 1971 when someone I met in an Astronomy club told me that I needed to go with him to Jonas Miller Audio to meet his friend Kenny.  When we were there, he played me a system with a battleship sized Empire turntable :) Audio Research preamp & power amps and Magneplanar speakers.

I still have a pair of Magneplanar speakers, although I now use Infinity speakers for most non-headphone listening.
