westone um2 VS shure se425 for bass i like my shures well enough but im a bass head does the um2,s have stronger bass? thanks

Yes, much stronger and I think the mids are superior as well.  Very creamy and smooth where I find the Shures slightly on the nasally side.  High end roll off is about the same, maybe just a hair worse on UM2
