Hey,
My dad managed to snap the stem on his UM1s.
Is this fixable at home (some crazy glue or epoxy), or does it have to be sent back (approximate price to fix?)? No warranty (bought at the Christmas '05).

I would suggest to email Westone customer service first and see what they can offer you.

They have awesome service. Sometimes they would fix it at their own cost and you just need to pay postage to them, but that was my case and was way less serious (just a small crack).
