Is absolutely absolutely phenomenal.
 
My W3 started cutting out on the right hand side late last year, and I couldn't find my receipt. Buying a high end IEM is a huge deal for me, as ~$350 is a lot of money for a student. There is no way I could buy a replacement one.
 
I emailed Westone and got the normal returns form, but couldn't manage to send it off till summer due to hectic uni life and a lack of cash.
 
Two weeks from the date I posted it out from Hong Kong, they have sent me a brand new sealed W3.
 
Some of you may laugh, but this kind of customer service makes me want to cry with happiness. FANTASTIC, probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. I don't know what I would have done if i couldn't have gotten them fixed.
 
Forever a Westone preacher from now onwards.

Wow, that's really good of them!
I've been having problems with the left channel of my UM-2s since 2 weeks ago, but the 2 year warranty has already expired, I wonder if they could still do something for me. :-S
