Hi Mates,
 
I am thinking about buying the new sony A866 walkman and a new IEM, but not sure which to go after.
These are under my current consideration:
Westone 4, um3x, Ortofon e-q7
 
I listen to many different kind of music, mainly pop, rock, salsa and something else.
Many Japanese pops, Michael Jackson, Sting, The Eagles, oldies like Nat King Cole, etc.
Secret Garden, Armik (guitar), Yanni, Kitaro, Lakatos, etc.
Even some Eminem (but that's about it, because he's lyrics are funny)
What I seldom listen to is classical and jazz.
 
I most care about vocal, guitar, e.guitar, piano and strings (if any)
Bass is important but I don't need emphasised one.  Clarity is as important.
I want the sound deeper, not too bright.
I also consider comfort and durability.  (I have tried to wear the um3x for a while and it was very comfortable, but don't know about the other 2)
 
Anyone who can comment on all 3 and give me suggestions?  Or you can suggest any others.
