Does anyone know some good tips that has wider holes in em? Kind of like the Ortofon E-Q5 that would fit on the VSD5? I'm trying to play around with various tips for these. Thanks!

Sennheiser ie80 replacement tips have the large bore hole in them. You can find them cheaper on eBay. They work quite well.

Technically, yes! However audio is personal and subjective and you might like the earpods better, however i find that hard to believe

Well if sheer bass quantity and a more rolled off treble is what ur looking for then yes!

Well, then there's nothing wrong in a poor man, hoping the same driver (GR07) housed in a "not so different shell" (GR06) to sound a little above VSD5 level if same cheaper VSD5 sounding better than pricier GR07s, imho......

 Really? go for VSD5, eyes closed, just make sure you dont bump into a pole.

 Maybe, but i rarely care about it.

Neither do i, but i think the general public still is attracted to "bass" because loads of bass = Good sound quality.
