Hi,

I'm building a custom cable to take the line out of an Apogee Duet DAC. It uses a breakout cable for all I/O connected by a 15pin VGA connector. Does anyone a good source to buy a male VGA connector part with the plastic hood? Thanks.

If you don't want to wait for an online order to arrive you can just get them at most any electronic parts store if you have one near you. Personally I'd go for the ones with the metal housing for better strength and looks. I've made a few custom breakout cables for my soundcard using these generic HD15 connectors and they hold up well.
