Alright, the whole thing does seem a little sketchy..
Was planning on buying both m100 and xs eventually so guess xs is first..
Good choice

That's not true really. You do not need to use a MFI w/ iOS. As mentioned a little earlier, you can use the Lightning to 30 pin and then the appropriate Fiio cable if you go w/ the e07k or another Fiio device.
Or, like me, you can use the Camera Connection Kit w/ iOS and most USB DACS (like the aforementioned JDS Labs C5D). I've been doing it for months with my C5D.
I would buy M100 first tbh so you appreciate the XS. Just my .2
I might if they were available in Scotland.
Yes and I didn't like them one bit. I feel I can hear the enclosure on them. To be fair I didn't have much time but they're not to my taste. Too flashy too.
Any idea if the price of the m100s will come down in the future?

Ok, so I got myself a lightening to 30 pin connector.
AAC /MP3>Ipod Touch 64gb>lightening to 30 pin connector>lightening to full usb cable>female usb to mini usb male>Fiio E17 DAC/AMP
This config isn't working for me.
1. Are you sure about Fiio compatibilty with IOS devices
2. You mention an "appropriate Fiio cable". Where can I purchase one of these? The Fiio website doesn't mention them.
Your second point "you can use the Camera Connection Kit w/ iOS and most USB DACS". Are you talking about the iPad, or any IOS device?
Whoa, you went way overboard. LOL.
You should be going iPod Touch > Lightening to 30 pin > Fiio LOD (link below) > Line in on the e17

The other option, at least w/ my C5D (don't have my Fiio anymore) is to use the CCK. In that case:
iPod Touch > CCK > USB to Mini USB Cable > C5D mini USB
This works with the three iOS devices I've tried (iPad Air, iPad Mini Retina, iPod Touch)...I think the only requirement is obviously the Lightening connection and iOS 7.

Will someone please compare the sound quality of the Sennheiser Momentum and m100???
