I'm looking for a usb dac for about $100-$150. I was looking at the EMU 0202, Fubar II, and Ibasso D2. I was wondering which one of these is the best. Other recommendations are also welcome.

They're all nice. fubar is a nice unit for the price, but it is large - at least the D2 boa is portable and more flexible.

size is not a issue for me since i plan to leave it at home anyway.

I think the dac section of the ibasso is possibly better than the fubar. Not sure about the emu - emu will hav ebetter drivers and software. Although specwise it IS extremely tempting for the price. It should sound very good.

i own a fubar 2 and it's work great.
I have change the original dual AOP with 2single 637.
Result is Great.
