Primarily I use the SB Touch or CD-transport, but:
 
I want to connect my computer to the DAC via USB...via 8-10 meters The self-amplifiying cables I have been using so far is not up to the task (skipping noises)
 
So - anybody has experiences with e.g. USB-Cat5 adapters, optical USB or something??
 
An alternative is to stream to my SB Touch, but I have not found a neat way to do this - if anyboy knows please cry out

There are some decent quality USB baluns that run over cat 5/6/7 and should reach those lengths. They are recommended by a high end DAC manufacture but I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what brand the baluns are. That is very far for USB.
