ULTRASONE NEW ANNOUNCED HEADPHONE Signature Pro

I managed finding a set of aftermarket MSR7 fabric pads which perfectly matching the stock pads in both size and shape. As the inward facing sides of the fabric pads are still pleather, it only affect the frequency response slightly. By playing a frequency sweep tone I detect roughly +0.5db between 4kHz to 7kHz range, which actually make the FR a bit more balance.

The fabric pads make the Signature Pro more comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the pads are only available from a shop on Taobao.

Could you chech if the pads are smaller inside? I mean, oryginal pads have little strange construction not to block s-logic vents which are quite close to the pads edge. Btw, do they have any specific name/ brand? Would be easier to find one.
If anyone else have found a good solution to replace stock pads without destroing sound signature please post here:) Preferably genuine leather pads.
I am desperate fo find something better for my DXP's...
Thanks!

You may want to try these Yaxi STPad2: https://www.amazon.com/YAXI-stPad2-...?srs=7867142011&ie=UTF8&qid=1532437848&sr=8-8

The Yaxi pads were the pads I intended buying before I found the MSR7 velour pads cheap on taobao.

Thanks! Though i am still affraid they will block s-logic.. Looks like they are getting wide close to the drivers.
Well will have to check one of them and I will see by myself:)

Besides those msr7 taobao pads what other options are there? I just purchased signature pros with quite flat pads.. I would like something close to the original ones. Not any bigger. Fabric pads are no good for me because isolation is very important.

I was in a computer mall the other day and found the MSR7 fabric pads I bought earlier, which fit the Signature Pro perfectly, were actually meant/made for the Steelseries Arctis 3/5/7 gaming headphones.

There should be plenty of pleather/lambskin version of replacement pads for the Steelseries Arctis 3/5/7. Here is a lambskin option: https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?s...cm_id=140105335569ed55e27b&pm_id=&abbucket=14

Does anyone have experience with both the signature pro/atudio and the new neumann ndh 20 ?

they have the same price on Thomann and I wonder which one to buy.
I am looking for a very fast closed headphones to keep up with busy tracks which are not that hard to drive.

Yes it is normal and I should change pads regardless? Or do new ones have more foam inside or less memory? When I leave it, it goes back to normal shape, but I still think it is a bit thin and not that comfortable. Pads are somewhat expensive.

Pulling a bit of threadomancy here... It cannot be overstated how incredibly these headphones scale with a powerful source. I just picked up an old Singlepower Supra and my Sig Pros are singing. Not that they sound bad out of a phone, but with a good amp these come alive. I can't wait to try some different tubes.

I just bought a new set of these for £350. I'm very happy. Early listening and they sound very good. Just wish they were balanced
