About to pull the trigger on replacement cables. I've had no luck with replacement cables so far. Dark Lord cable failed after 4-5 months. Any suggestion would be very appreciated. Thanks for the help.
I like my made-by-Ted HeadPhoneLounge cable, pricey (about $100) but very good. Note that I bought it from Chris_Himself but they've split up the business. Both seem to be on this thread at times.
While on the subject of cables, Sunricky has this apparently new cable for TF10. Terribly cheap, (about $20) It appears to be the same cable strands as Dark Lord? Now with 45 degree right angle jack. I was going to try one before patching my cable up.

I'm using the FiiO RC-UE2 cable (the silver one) and so far so good Very, very well built, that I cannot see any reason of failing at the jack at all. Not as microphonic as some describe them as well, so I like it a lot.
A more comfortable cable definitely helped with using the TF10's as the stock cables are too stiff and heavy. I had a null audio Lune cable with my TF10 and the lighter weight cable with a bit of memory wire by the connector helped keep the tips fitting well.
I am looking for cable too, after using stock cable for more that 1yr. Long story short I did try many IEM still own PF232, UE900, etc. But still use TF10 more than anything else, They are real classic and has unique sound sig. I start liking them more with philips tips, fit and sound is great with wide bore.
But sometimes I loose seal because of stiff wires, please suggest something lie westone epic cables
I love my SE215s, but the TF10 is just magical with EDM and sounds great with metal and classical too, which covers 95% of my day to day listening, and the treble is oh so much more exciting.

Eh mine are here to stay, just so durable and versatile and they sound great for the price.
Next step for me is deciding if/how I want to reshell...I'm really happy with them as is, so I may keep it cheap and go inearz instead of going for the UM upgrade.

Mine are over at Inearz, going with a root beer metallic shell with a wood faceplate. So contrast of darker shell compared to the lighter wood, cant wait to see how they turn out.
