My triple.fi cable broke and I wrote an email to UE eleven days ago asking if they can send a new one. Not a word from them since; what gives? I thought since they were taken over by Logitech CS would be somewhat of a greater priority to them, but seems not.

Does it take this long for everyone to get a reply? Oh and do they actually send out replacement cables or am I just wasting my time?

There was another thread on UE customer service the other day. Apparently, they think any email from a customer or potential customer is spam and they ignore it.

So the only way to get them to respond apparently is to call them on the telephone.
