My triple.fi cable broke and I wrote an email to UE eleven days ago asking if they can send a new one. Not a word from them since; what gives? I thought since they were taken over by Logitech CS would be somewhat of a greater priority to them, but seems not.
Does it take this long for everyone to get a reply? Oh and do they actually send out replacement cables or am I just wasting my time?
