Hi all-
I am currently using a MrSpeakers Ether open 1.1 with a Mapletree Audio Design Ear+HD and Schiit BiFrost Multibit dac.
For those of you who use tube amps, which tubes do you like and why? Just curious. I have a Raytheon Windhill and an old Sylvania as my two main ones. The Raytheon sounds a bit brighter to me and the Sylvania a bit smoother with the treble less aggressive.
Where do you buy new tubes? I'm just curious about which tubes might pair well with the Ether, or what you prefer.
