I was wondering how long you normally let your amp warm up before you start listening to music. How long does it actually take the tubes to get going like they are supposed to do. I had been waiting 3-5 mins but I am starting to think that may not be long enough, as the sound seems to keep improving for maybe another 10-15 mins.

My little dot is ready to go in less then five minutes but I do notice that my WA2 takes at least five minutes before opening up and seems to be at full strength in about ten minutes.

At least 15 - 20 minutes minimum, because my amp manual says let it stabilize for that long before biasing the output tubes. So I use that same time before listening.
