Quick question.  Pardon my ignorance.  Asking about tube amps. 
 
I see that most headphone amps are just that - dedicated to headphones.  But there are a few out there that will both drive a speaker and also headphones.  Are these compromised or are there that can do both and produce the same audio quality that equal to tube amps dedicated to only either speakers or headphones.
