I'm waiting for my package to arrive but when I check the tracking, it says "POWER OF ATTORNEY DOCUMENTATION IS MISSING AND IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE", what does that mean??

Oh, you used UPS. You're going to get sodomized with all kinds of fees, which they'll claim are imposed by the Canadian government, but are actually imposed by UPS itself. Use this website to calculate how much they'll extract from you:
http://www.thefinalcost.com/

To answer your question though, what this means is that they don't have customs brokerage papers on file for you. Usually when they ship to an individual, they'll just use their own brokerage service, which costs an arm and a leg. For some reason it looks like they're not doing that here, perhaps because the shipment is going to a business address or because they think it's going to a business.
