There are reviews on both if you do a search. I have both.
The FX300 is very good and worth buying. But the stock tip is not very good, I use the UE tip.
The FX66 is good bang for the buck. It's only about $18 from Amazon. The mid is slightly receded but the isolation is very good and the stock tip is good too.
Depends on your taste, if isolation, rocking headphone is what you looking for FX66 is for you.
I use IEM mostly for travel so I listen to FX66 most of the time.

BTW CX300 is only about $60 from Amazon
