If you guys are going to use it with iphone I highly recommend you to buy the app Nuforce HD Player, it cost only like $1.

I was already very satisfied with the sound, now the sound is even better. :gs1000smile:

Does the 700M have a volume control in addition to the mic?

The NE-700X does not have a mic or remote, the NE-700M is the one with the remote and mic.  It has no volume control on it.

Thanks for your answer, which came before I replaced my "x" with an "M"!

mine are on the way, another plus is avoiding the basso driver flex ppl are having.

I have the basso and hear a click when I shove my left basso into my ear.  I don't notice any effect on sound though, so is there a concern?

i didnt know there is a 750...

im a basshead guy, i think. so, would the 650 be good for me ? i want a koss portapro-like sound signature or the sennheiser px100 ii into an iem. so would the 650 be a better choice?

I haven't heard any of the ones you mentioned but the 650's have big bass and quite a bit in the mid-bass region. I am also into my bass and the 750's have big bass. It's has really good sub-bass extension. The nice part of the 750's is that the midrange and treble are not recessed and although the bass is big, you can hear the rest of the sound clearly. I find it to be one of the better performers at a cost that's $65-75 depending in if you need a remote or not. I think you might be better off jumping to their top model.
