I was wondering, do they "leak" sound? Would people around me hear my music?

No they don't leak for me at normal listening levels.

This is probably wrong place to ask but I hope you will forgive me :)
I am seriously considering getting these headphones but they would cost me around $50 with shipping and I would have no warranty but one guy recommended me to get ATH SJ55 for around $68 here in my country, free delivery and 2 year warranty... Please help me decide which one would be better with Sansa Clip+.. :D

Hey guys. I used to own the S400, I think they sounded fairly well, but the comfort was abysmal, they pretty much destroyed my ears within minutes. Is the comfort in the S500 any better? Also, would someone like me who isn't really into high end audio gear notice the audio difference between these and the S400?

Also how do these compare with the ATH SJ55 in comfort and sound? They are the same price from ebay (around 35€).

Comfort isn't better on the S500 unfortunately.

If you want a headphone balanced like S400 but with much better comfort, go fo JVC HA-S680 - the next generation of CNT drivers.

They look good but are twice as expensive, at around 60€. I say that's a bit too much for me right now.
Unfortunately I could never get used to the comfort (also I wear glasses so had even more pressure on my ears) so I sold them, but man I miss their nice sound.

Nothing wrong with my originals but a buddy of mine wasn't using his anymore, so I bought them from him. Now I have a backup pair, just in case.
