Lol!

Tell them it's a high resolution audio player that can play lossy formats like MP3 and AAC and all the major lossless formats up to 24/192 PCM and can drive a wider range of headphones with removable storage for less money than the iPod classic ever sold for with much better sound quality.

Because that's what it is. :)

Tell them its the 'Orange iPeel', a copycat version of Apple iPod.

 I say it's a cellphone and watch them struggle in their own head (I do that for all my DAPS with obvious physical buttons

I agree in terms of sound quality. But about usability, X1 is terrible, iPod Classid is hundred of years ahead.


As much as I dislike the X1 UI there are a few things I like better than the iPod's - focus on folders for example. That being said neither beats rockbox. Why would no developer bother with taking a shot at it? The iBassos already have stable versions :frowning2:
