Much better than MEST MKII, for less price.

That’s so true. Well the original photo is still here in a Japan show report from 2018. If you look through the threads from then it is a super small list of posts, but it should still be there. Don’t know why I remember all this stuff from 7 years ago?And you see the smile on his face? The pure joy? That makes it worth every penny.
Mine have stayed for many years now, love the T1 G2Not really a "new" discovery, but one I found in the past: I used to own the Beyerdynamic T1.2 Ninja Edition.
I sold it years ago after getting the Focal Clear OG.
But I missed it since then, especially because it's 600 ohms and I don't have many high impedance sets.
So I found one 2nd hand from the classified section and bought it this weekend.
They sound amazing with tube amps.
I can't wait to try it with my Aune S17 Pro, too.
I'll upload some photos and post impressions when they arrive later this week.
Yep, it was price that put me off. A couple of hundred pounds cheaper and I’d have considered it. But then the TSMR X releases for a lot cheaper so decision made. The Oriveti OH700VB been a joy to have, going away on a small tour now to some friends. Will be nice to share.
With so many sets coming, this remain maybe the most unique one I have tried lately. Don't hear so much talk about it outside the reviews, not sure why. Maybe the price is what keeping people away? I for one love it, and will miss it during the time away now.

It's unclear if it offers anything over the Canon II for almost double the price. That's a tough pill to swallow. The Oriveti OH700VB been a joy to have, going away on a small tour now to some friends. Will be nice to share.

Might be the main reason, $699 is alot. Even with the 10% of discount. TSMR X is also a great one for much less, but they offer quite different sound. I bet it would be 1/2 here prefering one or the other. Bass quality is great on both, more fast and dense on X while OH700Vb is more nuanced and bouncy. Yeah I know werid description. But share amount will be more on X, in 100 pos.Yep, it was price that put me off. A couple of hundred pounds cheaper and I’d have considered it. I think if this set was under $500, it'd be a killer. I need to get my ears on this set as well as the TSMR X very soon. The Oriveti OH700VB been a joy to have, going away on a small tour now to some friends. Will be nice to share.

I just received my P20 yesterday and am super impressed! It tops my Shozy Black Hole in every respect.I couldn't resist and ordered. I guess it must be something special for the price, considering that it's Shozy.
Definitely price. Especially when you come across something like the CCA Trio, it will give MANY pause with those kind of pricing, unless you're someone with disposable income? The Oriveti OH700VB been a joy to have, going away on a small tour now to some friends. Will be nice to share.

For me, it was a combo of the price and the overwhelming “marketing” posts that were made on these forums about the Oriveti IEMs. Glad it seems the brand seems able to back up with quality, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The Oriveti OH700VB been a joy to have, going away on a small tour now to some friends.
