The Pulas are getting great reviews so far, but the BA's are not Knowles...not that it matters. If they're good, they're good!
I was given the models by the seller ? How are so certain?

I only drink on occasion, and somehow I refrained from posting on Head-Fi when I was obliterated? My wife was worried a month ago? She said “Hay, you might have posted nonsense on that Head-Fi website?” and I replied.....I always post nonsense, so how will my posts be any different?

I enjoyed my Dunu EST112. Last Dunu I owned. Sadly I cannot remember what I bought when I reluctantly sold them? It might have been for the DX170 + Wu Zetian? Hard to remember. I went through so many IEM's while I had the EST112.

EDIT : HA! My memory is actually damn good! LOL I did a search and actually found my post, and indeed, I sold the EST112 for the DX170 + Wu Zetian. smart move on my part. As good and bassy as the EST112 were, my Wu Zetian are more to my personal liking, and I do love my DX170 for many reasons.
I sold my EST112 because it was so bulky and heavy.. also fit wasn't good enough. SQ was quite good and have not been defeated by any particular other IEMs in my case

My PA02 is in the country and should be arriving soon. Hoping I like them as much as everyone else does.

Went back to the CCA Rhapsody recently and I have to say they sound way better than I remember the last time I tried them. Am using Dunu S&S tips this time with 1st and 3rd switches up. I can't really find any obvious flaws with it. Sounds very natural to me with punchy bass and little to no harshness anywhere. No longer have my EW200 so sadly I'm unable to compare to see which I like more in the price range.

Other store seems to say otherwise. I'd probably lean towards believing the other store since they have no incentive to deny that they are using Knowles BA if they actually are.

If it Knowles they will advertised the hell out of it.
but per Hifri said, bellsing BAs is getting better at low and mid, but still loses significantly on highs against Knowles or Sonion.

a reminder one of the tuning switch pulls back the bass tuck, if you are interested in cleaner mids.

PULA PA02 IEM Find of the year for me and a bunch more people a under $200 1DD + 4Knowles BA exceptional tuning and wonderful sounding.

My PA02 sounds better today than it did OOTB and it's proving to be a great all-rounder through the RU7. Definitely an accomplished 1+4 and it's setting my bar for where I feel diminishing returns sets in. The only criticism I have is the stage width - it doesn't match the value offered by its other attributes, like resolution, imaging, timbre/tonality etc. Let's hope future models in the works can bring a bigger stage with a similar level of execution, otherwise.

@soundblast75 if only the Bifrost was still available - what a lovely match!

The versatility of the PA02 is the appeal for me here. Listening to this instrumental track by Nicolas Parent (check out the full album, it's a superb recording) the tone & timbre is very good for a hybrid at this pricepoint and it's highly immersive.

Then I can quite easily move to electronic/rap and it's still giving me what I need. Maybe if I was being overly picky I would want a few more dB in the subbass for electronic but it's still enjoyable.
