  To me "cheap" <> "Deal" unless Price>Performance and while some mass-market gear does perform at or above its price point more often than not you're paying a huge markup for "Brand" and Marketing ...

Depending on which version, they could be faster. I believe in quaity, Sandisk and Samsung are making the current top quality user-grade microSDs.
