Really wanted the vPulse, but when I made an account and registered for newsletter it only gave me $5 off. It says you can get more points (discount) by putting reviews and tags on their product, but they have to approve of the reviews and tags and i dont even know how much it discounts or how far you can ******** the reviews.

If you're signed up for the email subscribe before you make an account it only gives you 100. Try a new email address.

I hope you like 'em - I have 2 pairs (one still in the box as backup but no need so far). These are by far my favorite every day IEMs and $50+/- is a fantastic price.

I almost picked the pulse for the free Velodyne bit back in January, but couldn't convince myself to wear a pink IEM.  Very glad these are discounted now so I can try these out in a more preferable color.

For those curious about the vpulse, the don scorpio bass colour are just a rebranded version and has two more colors available in comparison and have been $35 shipped on penon audio for little while now.

Why would anyone who wants to buy a $500 IEM want a free $190 IEM thrown in? That's like a car dealer saying, "hey, if you buy this new Jaguar F Type, we'll throw in this Honda Civic for free."
 
They should combine it with a DAC or amp or over the ear or something that compliments the w40.
